Overview:
Urgent Action Fund for Feminist Activism provides fast, flexible support to women, trans, and non-binary activists so that they can respond to unexpected risks and opportunities, protect and care for themselves and one another, and nurture and sustain thriving frontline feminist movements for a just and equitable world.

Project Summary:
Urgent Action Fund for Feminist Activism is looking for a graphic designer and illustrator to create a visually appealing and compelling design for our 2024 annual report. We are hoping the selected consultant will bring new, fresh, and
creative ideas to the project to showcase the impact of our work over the past year.

We anticipate the consultant delivering a final report that utilizes a mix of photos and illustrations and ideally are looking for an individual or team of individuals that can provide us with both the illustrations needed and the graphic design work. Past examples of our annual reports can be seen here.

Scope of Work:
● Utilize the style and brand guidelines for Urgent Action Fund for Feminist Activism to create a compelling and visually appealing 2024 annual report
● Design illustrations to visually represent the content of the report and help our audiences establish more personal connections with the content
● Design the report itself (a pdf document to be shared on our website of at most 20 pages)
● Make recommendations for the use of statistics, illustrations, photos, and visually compelling formats throughout the report, especially for our financials and donor lists

We aim to ensure that our annual report reflects these values. We encourage firms owned by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color BIPOC, LGBTQIA and other underrepresented individuals to submit a proposal.
