We deliver through a Federation of Member Associations (MAs) in 123 countries and Collaborative Partners in a further 26 countries, bringing the total number of countries in which IPPF is working with communities to 149 (March 2023). 28 of those countries are in the Americas and the Caribbean. We are looking for a values-driven leader with a strong commitment to reproductive and sexual justice. They must have extensive knowledge of the Americas and the Caribbean region and its political environment, a track record of effectively leading diverse teams and experience of encouraging, influencing and incentivize engagement across a complex range of stakeholders.
