Our community has over 10,000 QTs across Canada, and we have worked with over 120 corporate partners and over 75 community partners.

Your Mission
As the Program Manager, Learning & Development at QueerTech, your mission is to empower 2SLGBTQ+ professionals by driving the success and growth of our QT Access and QT Leaders programs. You will be responsible for designing impactful learning experiences, overseeing program implementation, and measuring outcomes to support the advancement and upskilling of queer talent in the tech industry. Through thoughtful curriculum development and program management, you will contribute to QueerTech’s vision of creating equitable and inclusive opportunities for the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
Responsibilities:

Program Management:
- Manage and expand QT Access, a program designed to upskill and reskill 2SLGBTQ+ professionals in tech.
- Lead QT Leaders, a program aimed at advancing queer professionals into leadership roles.
- Oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure alignment with QueerTech’s strategic goals.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for QT Access and QT Leaders, identifying new learning opportunities and enhancements.

Learning & Development Content:
- Design and deliver educational content, including training modules, workshops, and resources tailored for queer tech professionals.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop high-quality, engaging content for QT Access and QT Leaders.
- Ensure program materials remain up-to-date with industry trends and learning methodologies.

Reporting and Impact Measurement:
- Track program metrics and report on outcomes, ensuring programs meet key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular impact assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for QueerTech leadership, highlighting program achievements, challenges, and insights.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in program management, with a focus on learning & development or talent development.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and challenges in tech, with a background in DEI/EDI.
- Skills: Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing learning programs.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and French is required.
- Leadership: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create polished and professional reports and presentations.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in data analysis and impact measurement tools to evaluate program success and areas for improvement.
