We’re excited to announce multiple opportunities to make a difference in the fight for social justice and equality! GCDW is hiring for the following positions:

1. State Leaders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder with proficiency in Microsoft word and Google workspace 
Passion for social justice and a strong commitment to community organizing 
Familiarity with local issues, stakeholders, networks, and resources 
Experience in report writing and documentation 
Basic knowledge of English desired but not must Fluency in Hindi is a must knowledge of English desired but not must 

2, State Coordinator
Requirements
At least 3 years of grassroots experience, working with caste-marginalized women
Bachelor’s degree holder with proficiency in Microsoft word and Google workspace
Passion for social justice and a strong commitment to community organizing
Familiarity with local issues, stakeholders, networks, and resources
Experience in report writing and documentation
Fluency in Hindi is a must. Basic knowledge of English desired but not a must

3. Campaign Associate
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in content creation for non-profit campaigns
Skilled at developing impactful visuals, graphics, and videos
Fluency in English, with additional proficiency in 1 or 2 South Asian languages
Familiarity with website design, digital tools, social media, and online platforms  

4. Youth Leader
Requirements

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Bachelor's degree with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Workspace.
Empathy and understanding of socio-economic challenges faced by Dalit girls.
3+ years of experience in youth engagement, social work, or community development.
Knowledge of Dalit rights, caste-based discrimination, and gender equality.
Commitment to social justice and empowering marginalized youth and communities.
