-Coordonner et préparer les positions françaises dans le cadre des négociations climatiques internationales en lien avec un ou deux sujets de négociation en particulier. Le sujet suivi historiquement est le lien genre et climat, qui pourrait être sujet à ajustements fixés en entretien annuel avec l'agent.
-Préparer les positions françaises pour les négociations portant sur le climat dans le cadre des instances multilatérales (en particulier dans le cadre d'un binôme G7) ;
-Suivre le réseau associatif intervenant dans les négociations climatiques.
-Piloter le recrutement et le suivi du programme Jeunes délégués Climat, en lien avec le Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères.
-Participer au suivi d'initiatives multilatérales et au pilotage de projets spécifiques avec le bureau.
-Assurer et coordonner l'action bilatérale entrant dans les champs de compétences du MTECT et des autres ministères pertinents du pôle ministériel, pour un groupe de pays d'Asie-Océanie. Le suivi géographique actuel est celui du Japon et de la Corée du Sud, avec un suivi intérimaire d'autres pays, qui pourrait être sujet à ajustements fixés en entretien annuel avec l'agent.
-Assurer le soutien et back-up d'autres agents en fonction des besoins du bureau.
-Les missions précises sont fixées lors des entretiens d'évaluation annuels.
-Coordinate and prepare French positions for international climate negotiations, focusing on one or two negotiating topics in particular. The subject historically followed is the gender and climate nexus, which could be subject to adjustments determined in an annual interview with the agent.
-Prepare French positions for multilateral climate negotiations (in particular as part of a G7 binomial);
-Monitor the network of associations involved in climate negotiations.
-Manage the recruitment and monitoring of climate youth delegates, in liaison with the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
-Participate in monitoring multilateral initiatives and steering specific projects with the office.
-Ensure and coordinate bilateral action falling within the remit of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and other relevant ministries in the ministerial cluster, for a group of Asia-Oceania countries. The current geographical focus is on Japan and South Korea, with an interim focus on other countries, which may be subject to adjustments determined in an annual meeting with the agent.
-Provide support and back-up for other agents, according to the needs of the office.
-The precise tasks will be determined during the annual appraisal interviews.
