About the job

Shujaaz and MTV Shuga are two of the most successful brands in the space of youth behaviour change communications. This year we have bought our two brands together to create 5-years of population-level media in Kenya to achieve generational saturation for storytelling that makes gender equality its foundational theme. In leveraging the full media portfolios of each brand, and by sustaining engagement across multiple years, we can achieve deep, repeat exposure from two separate, trusted sources. Working in this way, we aim to sustainably shift the social expectations of behaviour for women and girls across Kenya.
