The Social Collective is a non-profit organization (NPO) whose mission is to develop and support community and social initiatives that address the needs of students and young adults aged 18 to 35 across Turtle Island/Canada. The Social Collective is seeking to recruit an Operations Director. The primary role of the Operations Director is to ensure effective and strategic supervision of all operations under the scope of the Social Collective. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is crucial to ensure operational excellence, staff well-being, and the achievement of organizational goals. The person in this role will oversee our team of project managers, project officers, and support officers, ensuring a balanced and effective allocation of resources within a matrix structure.

The selected candidate must be available to start their role no later than October 7, 2024.
