IGNITE is a nonprofit initiative under the umbrella of APINDO (Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia) committed to empowering women leaders in Indonesia by fostering a community for knowledge sharing, networking, and skill development. IFC and IGNITE collaborate to further advance IGNITE's role as a pivotal organization promoting women in the workplace and preparing them to assume leadership roles in Indonesia's private sector. Specifically, this partnership aims to raise awareness of the positive impact that women's advancement in the workplace can have on the growth of Indonesia's private sector and support companies to create diverse and equitable workplaces by identifying key barriers and offering gender-smart solutions.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

• Program-manage IGNITE mentoring program, reporting to IGNITE project manager
o Develop and execute marketing campaigns to potential new companies to increase brand visibility, acquire new members, promote IGNITE & increase engagement from members.
o Cultivate strategic partnerships (particularly with training providers, potential software vendors, and like-minded organizations & women empowerment leaders), aligned with IGNITE’s mission and goals to enrich the IGNITE program. o Manage end-to-end execution of strategic partnership initiatives, including program managing agreement review, project coordination, and performance tracking.
o Create reports to assess success and learnings, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies based on findings.

• Coordinate IFC program logistics, reporting to IFC program manager

o Facilitate the onboarding of IGNITE members into the childcare diagnostics and subsequent learning series on family-friendly workplaces (Family Forward@Indonesia) by coordinating information sessions and meetings with individual members.
o Coordinate with IGNITE members who agree to participate in the childcare diagnostics and learning series to facilitate the execution of participation agreements and other project-related documentation.
o Support the IFC team and the external consulting firm in the roll-out of company-level surveys and maintain consistent communication with companies to ensure surveys are completed promptly.

Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. 
• At least 5-10 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a nonprofit or corporate setting. 
• Ability to operate MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
• Program management & technical skills: 
Communication skills: 
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia for creating reports, marketing materials, and stakeholder correspondence. 
o Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with strategic partners, community members, and program participants.
