Political participation
The Associate (Project Management) will oversee research and policy projects, managing both internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on project delivery, volunteer engagement, and driving research-based policy outputs.
 
Our internal and external stakeholders include PhD scholars, professors, students of gender, politics, and allied courses, as well as parliamentarians and professionals in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor progress towards project deliverables
  • Provide clarity and purpose for project teams
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including collaborators, funders, and policymakers
  • Drive research dissemination and engagement activities
  • Oversee work across multiple complex, cross-institutional projects
Required Skills and Knowledge:​
  • Understanding of political systems, social sciences, and South Asian culture
  • Project planning and management expertise - comfortable with trackers & work plans
  • People management and empathic volunteer engagement
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances while maintaining professionalism
  • Experience working across time zones
  • Ability to work with and influence diverse teams
