Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management (30%): Work with Co-CEOs to manage strategic planning, improve business systems, and ensure compliance with policies. Lead internal learning sessions and enhance service delivery.
- Financial Management (20%): Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, maintain contracts, and ensure compliance with financial policies and best practices.
- People and Culture (30%): Lead HR operations, promote an inclusive culture, develop HR policies, and manage the JEDDI strategy. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Administrative Support (20%): Support daily office operations, manage inquiries, coordinate IT needs, and maintain organizational records. Assist with rebranding and planning staff events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Experience in social-purpose businesses or consulting firms is a plus.
- Remote work experience across time zones is an asset
