Are you committed to women’s rights and substantive equality? Are you an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and a talent for summarising complex texts into accessible and persuasive policy documents? If so, we are looking for you!
Women’s Resource Centre, the national umbrella body for the UK women’s sector, is looking for a Policy and Influencing Officer to continue our important work to strategically advocate for women and girls’ human rights.
You will be organised, with an excellent work ethic, working flexibly and to tight deadlines. An interest and understanding of the current issues facing women and the women’s sector, particularly organisations for Black, ethnic minority and/or refugee women, is important.
You are a great collaborator and are proactive, solution-focused and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote role with 1-2 obligatory days per month in the office (which may be subject to change in future). It is vital that the candidate is committed to this work arrangement.
