  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI)

Responsibilities:
  • Gender Sensitization and Equality: Demonstrate a deep understanding of gender dynamics, gender-based discrimination, and the importance of promoting gender equality within households. • Knowledge Sharing and Advocacy: Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories related to non-market outcomes, particularly in promoting gender equality and addressing gender-based discrimination.
  • Capacity Building: Identify the capacity-building needs of program staff and develop tailored training programs to enhance their understanding and skills in delivering non-market outcomes, particularly in the context of gender sensitization and empowerment.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for non-market outcomes within the Graduation Approach program, aligned with our overall goals and objectives.
  • Impact Measurement: Establish robust mechanisms to measure and track non-market outcomes, including improved health and nutrition, enhanced social inclusion, increased empowerment, and gender equality within households.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with beneficiaries, community leaders, local authorities, and partner organizations to drive the non-market outcomes agenda.
