BACKGROUND: The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) is the leading national voice for dignity and fairness for domestic workers in the United States. Founded in 2007, NDWA works for the respect, recognition, and inclusion in labor protections of domestic and home care workers across the country. NDWA is winning improved working conditions while building a powerful movement rooted in the human rights, dignity and equality of domestic workers, home care workers, immigrant women, and Black women.

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Director of Evaluation & Learning will lead the development and implementation of a learning and evaluation framework, aligning with NDWA’s strategic goals and theory of change. This role is pivotal in strengthening our organization with a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement. By leveraging best practices in data analysis, evaluation, and learning, they will help us refine our approaches to advocacy and organizing, ensuring our impact is both significant and measurable. Working within the newly formed Research & Evaluation department, they will also be instrumental in building and mentoring a team dedicated to amplifying the voices and addressing the needs of domestic workers through insightful analysis and strategic learning.
