You will be mainly supporting our work on Feminist Foreign Policy, by managing our initiatives aimed at contributing to inclusive foreign policies that champion gender equality, and thus boosting the adoption and implementation of Feminist Foreign Policies (FFPs).

  • Together with the leadership of CFFP, advancing the programme area of Feminist Foreign Policy;

  • Independently managing our initiatives aimed at an increase in Official Development Assistance dedicated to gender equality and women’s rights, especially funding for progressive, intersectional feminist organizations in the Global South. This includes development and implementation of various project deliverables across the advocacy, research, and network-building components of our initiatives, liaison with project partners and donors, and line managing junior staff member as well as taking on administrative functions. 

  • Being responsible for donor reporting, including budget tracking, and invoicing as well as documenting key milestones, impact metrics, and testimonials.

  • Developing new project ideas and fundraising new proposals;

  • Supporting our communications work;

  • Fulfilling other tasks necessary to achieve the organization’s vision

YOUR PROFILE

  • Exceptional commitment to social change and a can-do attitude as well as interest in working for a young feminist start-up with a very flexible and sometimes spontaneous work schedule;

  • Demonstrable project management skills, in particular experience in multi-year budgeting and reporting;

  • Demonstrable advocacy and networking skills, in particular experience in interacting and building relationships with different political stakeholders, ideally including governments, EU institutions and civil society;

  • Demonstrable fundraising skills from public donors and institutions.

  • Demonstrable ability to identify opportunities to drive (incremental) political change processes;

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and to develop meet rapid, multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team-oriented environment;

  • Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesise complex ideas in an accessible way.

  • Master’s degree;

  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

  • Fluency in English (German is a strong plus).
