Recruitment, Onboarding,and training
● Support TSWREIS and TTWREIS to onboard colleges, especially key decision-makers and points of contact within the college.
● Recruit and onboard Program Coordinators to support implementation at all colleges.
● Plan the recruitment and onboarding of facilitators implementing the Girl Boss programs.
● Organize and help conduct pre- and mid-program facilitator training with the Master Trainer.

● Oversee printing and distribution of program materials to the colleges.
● Provide ongoing program implementation support for the facilitators, principals, Program Coordinators and POC.
○ Conduct session observations and share feedback.
○ Offer program-related WhatsApp support to the facilitators, colleges, and program coordinators as and when needed.
● Support the facilitators in organizing and conducting program events like showcases and graduation ceremonies.
● Support the facilitators in conducting sessions for participants’ parents.
● Provide capacity building, troubleshooting, logistical or other support, and feedback to the facilitators, colleges, Program Coordinators and POC for smooth program implementation.

● Collect progress, impact, and feedback data from the facilitators, principals, Program Coordinators, POC and decision-makers.
● Maintain internal dashboards to monitor college, facilitator, and participant progress, needs, and feedback.
● Work with TSWREIS and TTWREIS team to collect qualitative and quantitative impact assessment data from colleges.
● Conduct in-depth discussions and focus groups with all stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
● Source photos and videos during the program and impact stories after the program.
● Create reports on program implementation.
Relevant experience and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
● Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience across training, operations, and program implementation roles within government institutions, nonprofits, social enterprises, or for-profit companies. Preferred experience with organizations focused on women and girls’ empowerment, social development, and/or entrepreneurship
● Strong interpersonal skills; building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and facilitators to support them through successful program implementation
● Experience conducting training for 10+ people is highly preferred
● Strong organizational skills and ability to use contemporary project management tools when trained
● Ability to work effectively and professionally in the field and virtually for partner meetings and site visits
● Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written), Telugu (spoken), and Hindi (spoken)
● Comfortable travelling to rural parts of Telangana
● A critical thinker and proactive problem solver with meticulous attention to detail
● Ability to work individually and collaboratively with flexibility, enthusiasm, efficiency, and diplomacy in a cross-cultural environment
● Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines and be flexible and responsive in addressing the needs of a fast-paced environment; self-starter and internally driven
● An understanding of the issues impacting girls’ economic independence globally and can demonstrate a commitment to realizing the vision and values of Launch Girls
● Most importantly,….passionate about global gender equity and improving the lives of adolescent girls around the world
