Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required in a relevant field such as health education, public health, community health, health promotion, social work, psychology, or related degree.
- 2 or more years providing effective interpersonal & gender-based violence prevention services on a college campus or community setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of:
- Prevention programs related to interpersonal & gender-based violence prevention (including sexual health)
- Title IX, Campus SaVE Act, Dear Colleague Letter, Clery, and other relevant laws and regulations, specifically as they pertain to prevention and education efforts
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, social justice, and creating inclusive environments
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Communicate well, both verbally and in writing
- Work collaboratively and effectively at various levels of a complex organization.
- A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Experience training, supervising, and evaluating peer educators.
- Successful grant writing and implementation
- Demonstrated experience implementing and assessing effective, evidence-based prevention in a college environment.
