IFC LAC Office in São Paulo is seeking an intern as part of our Global Internship Program (GIP). The Global Internship Program (GIP) offers highly motivated individuals an opportunity to be exposed to the mission and work of IFC and the broader World Bank Group and become part of the largest private sector development institution in the world. Duties and Accountabilities:  
The candidate is expected to support the Brazil Regional Team (Country Office Team) in a local corporate project that aims to promote gender equality in Private Equity in Brazil. The candidate will carry out activities aimed at meeting project goals and deadlines and will be supervised by the project leader. Activities to be performed include, but are not limited to: 

• Organization and participation in discussion meetings with IFC team members and external counterparties involved in the project; 
• Support in coordinating deliveries and interactions between different stakeholders (internal and external); 
• Support in the critical analysis of research data and the development of arguments based on them in reports/presentations. 

Selection Criteria
• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree level program  
• Preferred field of study: Masters in Business Administration (MBA);Economics; 
• 2-3 years of previous work experience; experience in consultancy is desirable, as well as academic and research backgrounds and an interest in promoting gender equality.    
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills 
• Ability to work under tight deadlines 
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools 
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
