ILGA Asia seeks a dedicated HR (Human Resource) Consultant to bolster our organizational effectiveness and support the diverse communities we serve.

Languages Required: English, plus proficiency in at least one other Asian language.
Duration: 90 working days

Background:

ILGA Asia represents over 200 LGBTIQ-led member organizations across 41 Asian countries, striving for a world where everyone can live in freedom and equality. Our missions include promoting human rights, ensuring equality regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, and empowering LGBTIQ communities.

The Consultancy:

Join us in fortifying human resources and staff management practices. Key deliverables include:

  1. Reviewing and updating HR and staff manuals for compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
  2. Aligning manuals with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  3. Developing comprehensive HR guidelines and documentation.
  4. Evaluating staff benefit packages and compensation structures.
Capacity Building and Training:

Design and deliver training sessions on updated manuals and provide ongoing support to management on HR matters.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Develop assessment tools to evaluate policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
