ISDAO is searching for an experienced Executive Associate to support the Executive Director of a fast-paced, dynamic, bilingual, regional feminist fund working across West Africa. Our next Executive Associate is able to work in both French and English and is ideally bilingual. The ideal candidate is a master organizer and excels at coordinating across multiple departments, written and verbal communications, project management, and managing many moving pieces
The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge and experience within the LGBTQI movement in West Africa. Our next Executive Associate is warm, personable, and engaging, reliable, flexible, adaptable, independent, and has a great sense of humor. This person has the capacity to personally commit to ISDAO’s mission, and core values, including feminism, inclusion, and equity, and maintains a commitment to shifting power, a desire to learn, and is forward-thinking. They are passionate about "connecting the dots" and are excited to be a part of the backbone of ISDAO's work to advance justice and inclusion.
