Elevate your resume with Generation YES (Young Empowered STEMinists), an eight-week remote internship program for undergraduate women ages 18-21. You'll be matched with one of our partner organizations and work in a team of interns to investigate a key barrier to women's advancement in the workplace.
In this internship, you'll work on a team of four interns mentored by a women STEM professional. Through this experience, you'll participate in an immersive curriculum to build leadership and professional skills while gaining exclusive networking opportunities with leaders in STEM.
Under the guidance of a woman STEM professional, you’ll then design an original policy proposal to address this key issue and pitch your solution to company leadership.
As an intern in our program, you'll gain hands-on experience solving real issues faced by women in STEM, invaluable professional connections, the opportunity to network with potential employers, and more. You'll also build self-advocacy and public speaking skills, and ultimately produce an original policy proposal to add to your portfolio.
