ECODIT is seeking International Team Leaders to manage gender analyses with the five-year USAID Gender Leadership, Equity, and Advancement for Development (LEAD) Program. The International Team Lead will lead an intersectional gender analysis in accordance with USAID’s 2023 Gender Policy and updated ADS 205. They will lead a team of four to six people, providing onboarding guidance and oversight for the literature review, drafting the methodology, leading meetings with USAID Mission staff, leading qualitative data collection in-country and daily coding sessions with the team, drafting the final intersectional gender analysis report and leading a Mission validation and prioritization workshop as well as a gender integration workshop. The International Team Lead will report to the project’s Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), who provides technical leadership for gender integration activities.
