JOB SUMMARY

FRIDA is currently seeking an Accompaniment Associate and Focal Point, preferably based in Latin America for the evaluation and implementation of the accompaniment strategy, including capacity strengthening and transition work and leading the administrative, logistical, and communication, as well as the engagement of grantee partners within this region. The primary responsibilities include working closely with FRIDA’s programs team by providing support to capacity strengthening and transition support initiatives with young feminist groups around the world and meaningful, intentional, and care-centered support to grantee partners whose work is based in the LA region.

The Program Associate for Accompaniment Strategy role entails a lot of administrative work, including daily logistical support of ongoing capacity strengthening and transition initiatives, communication with grantee partners throughout operational processes, tracking files, updating databases, and maintaining internal operating systems.

The Program Associate for Accompaniment Strategy will be supervised by the Program Senior Officer and will be part of the Programs Team.
