Gender training
We’re looking for engaging, creative and enthusiastic workshop facilitators to deliver our innovative and impactful training and workshops in schools and universities.
At Bold Voices we prepare and empower school communities to recognise and tackle gender inequality and gender-based violence. We are an educational platform working with young people aged 11-25, teachers and parents to build knowledge, facilitate critical conversations and inspire courage to challenge the cultures that lead to gender-based violence.
Role Type: Freelance
Payment: £150 for a full day (£50 per workshop) - travel expenses covered.
Location: The role is predominantly London and South West, with some workshops taking place elsewhere in the UK (any travel, subsistence and/or accommodation outside of London is covered by Bold Voices/clients).
Video Application: In order to find out a bit more about you, the first stage of application includes a 3 minute video recording, you can find more information on this below.
Interview: The 45 minute interview will be in person (London) or on Zoom to find out more about your facilitation style and knowledge of the subject.
Training: You will be asked to complete some online training before attending a training day. You will be paid £10 an hour for the training day.
After Training: After training you will have a period of shadowing BV Facilitators to cement your training. During this period you’ll join our team of BV Facilitators. We cannot guarantee exactly how many hours you’ll work each month (we estimate 5 days a month) but you’ll always have the choice to turn down work that doesn’t fit with your schedule.
