Gender-based violence (GBV) Masculinities Movement building
Programme Development, Planning, Monitoring and Implementation
●      Leading a team of coordinators and consultants of resource materials, capacity building processes and dialogue platforms.
●      Designing and leading in-depth college campus engagements with multiple stakeholders such as young people, faculty, college administration and government stakeholders, on issues of gender-based violence.
●      Documentation and collation of insights, data, feedback and testimonials from the interventions into external facing documents including briefs and reports.
●      Developing an evaluation framework to measure the impact of capacity building and policy engagement processes against outcomes as identified within the project proposal
●      Actively leading the creation and documentation of organisational learning and insights for other programmes at TYPF based on this engagement
●      Overseeing recruitment responsibilities within this programme including intern and volunteer management (wherever necessary)
●      Working with communications teams to develop and implement a communications strategy for outreach to diverse stakeholders including the media.
●      Supervising day-to-day team processes such as check-ins, work updates, mentoring, troubleshooting etc.
●      Representing TYPF’s values, brand and identity to external stakeholders on various platforms and forums.
●      Participating in organisational development processes such as strengthening policies and systems, recruitments, fundraising, team capacity building processes etc.

Due Diligence, Monitoring and Evaluation
●      Regular monitoring against set targets to ensure high quality on ground delivery
●      Ongoing assessment of shifts and change among participants and young leaders to ensure target outcomes are achieved
●      Writing and reviewing due diligence reports and periodic updates for other staff, senior management and the organisation’s board

Fundraising and Project Finances
●      Support in developing fundraising targets for the subsequent years and creating annual budgets and plans
●      Managing programme due diligence and reporting
●      Tracking project finances and filing monthly expenditure reports

Eligibility Criteria
●      Graduate from a recognised university in any field
●      3-4 years of total prior experience working on thematics relating to gender, sexuality, masculinities, violence, SRHR (candidates with less than 3 years of experience will not be considered)
●      1-2 years of prior experience leading projects relating to gender, sexuality, masculinities violence, SRHR
●      Experience in designing and implementing training content and methodologies on themes mentioned above
●      Demonstrated experience of using online and digital tools for communication, training and project management
●      Prior knowledge and experience of campus-based programming especially on thematic issues closely related to gender and sexuality
●      Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
●      Proficiency in using web-based and MS office applications for key communication, documentation and institutional and programmatic processes
●      Experienced in written documentation and writing reports, case studies, stories of change, media briefs and creating and editing programme-based content
●      Experience of working in an implementation role to achieve goals and targets
