The Executive Support Enabler will provide administrative and executive support to the Co-Leads of the Pacific Feminist Fund. S/he will play an effective liaison role between the Co-Leads, Board of Trustees, staff, and partners. The Executive Support Enabler will report directly to the Co-Leads and will be part of a fast-paced tightly knit team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Manage and schedule Co Leadstravelschedules, appointments, and daily calendar.
  • Acts as the point of contact for the Co-Leads and manages all communication on their
  • behalf.
  • Find the best ways to share and track Co Leads calendars across teams.
  • Assist in drafting internal and external communication correspondence etc
  • Update and maintain online systematic filing documents for the Co-Leads.
  • Provide administrative and logistics coordination for events, meetings, travel etc.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A tertiary qualification in management, administration, and organisational development.
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in the Pacific.
  • Excellent communication skills, great interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse
  • network and its allies.
  • Have strong organisational skills and, ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent in time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the Pacific’sfeminist and women’s movement, particularly in gender
  • equality and women’s empowerment-related programming would be an added
  • advantage.
  • Proficient computer skills and is familiar with using online shared platforms such as
  • Microsoft, google suite and zoom.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience conveying and understanding complex information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and sensitivity to confidential information.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Demonstrate strong ability in effective liaison and have an approachable personality.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet management deadlines.
  • Ability and desire to work in a multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural, and collaborative team
  • environment.
