TASKS INCLUDE
• Facilitation and implementation of on-site training
• Supporting the needs assessment in the field
• Advising on country specific contexts
REQUIREMENTS
• Be based in Georgia, Albania, Kosovo or Vietnam
• Masters degree in social, economic, political sciences, organisational development or sociology • C2 in English (Vietnam and Georgia)/ C2 in English and Albanian
• 5 years of professional experience each in the gender and migration sector
• 5 years of professional experience each in the international migration sector, gender in the migration context, reduction of vulnerabilities in the migration context
• 6 years of experience in Albania, Kosovo, Georgia or Vietnam
• 5 years of experience in Development Cooperation
• Experience with gender approaches and use of participatory (training) methods
• Facilitation and implementation of on-site training
• Supporting the needs assessment in the field
• Advising on country specific contexts
