Gender equality and Social inclusion (GESI)
Plan International UK is recruiting for a consultant to conduct a Gender Equality and Inclusion Self-Assessment (GEISA) to enable us to ‘take stock’ of our work on gender equality and inclusion and review and reflect on the quality and relevance of what and how we are working.
The purpose of the consultancy will be to:
1) Undertake a learning and review process on gender equality and inclusion across all Plan’s work, both internal and external; and
2) To identify the strengths and challenges of Plan International UK’s gender and inclusion work in order to determine concrete recommendations.
We are looking for a skilled gender equality and inclusion professional with experience of facilitation, participatory research and analysis.
