Main activities
▪Support developing comprehensive gender and diversity inclusion strategy to ensure equal participation, representation and leadership for women and persons with disabilities
▪Support to collaborate with project partners to design and execute leadership development programs that equip women and persons with disabilities with the skills, confidence and opportunities to assume leadership roles
▪Assist in planning facilitating workshops that address gender biases, promote inclusive leadership, and enhance the capabilities of women and persons with disabilities to thrive in diverse organizational settings
▪Support in creating mentorship and coaching programs to connect experienced leaders with emerging talents to promote professional development and enhance networking opportunities
▪Contribute to planning and implementation of advocacy campaigns that raise awareness for their-importance of gender diversity, women's leadership, and gender inclusion
▪Assistthe team in conducting and data collection on gender diversity and leadership trends and provide insights for evidence-based strategies
▪Assistin organizing workshops focused on empowerment, assertiveness, negotiation, and communication skills tailored to women and persons with disabilities
▪Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including disability organizations and gender-fo-used networks, to foster partnerships that advance gender diversity and leadership goals
▪Assist in monitoring and reporting progress on gender diversity and leadership initiatives, highlight success stories and identify areas for improvement
▪Assist in creating resources such as toolkits, guides, and e-learning modules that provide practical insight into gender diversity, leadership, and disability inclusion
▪Provide support to engage women and persons with disabilities in participatory research for identification of barriers, aspirations, and strategies for enhancing their leadership roles
▪Work closely with NGOs and organizations focused on women's empowerment and disability rights to leverage resources and expertise
▪Explore innovative approaches, such as gamification and online platforms, to engage women and persons with disabilities in leadership The brief profile is not intended to provide a complete description. Qualifications and specialist knowledge
▪At least bachelor’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, business administration, or a relevant field
▪At least 1-2 year of relevant experience in gender diversity, leadership development, or a related role
▪Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
▪Familiarity with gender-related challenges and disability issues in the context of employment
▪Ability to design and deliver training workshops and capacity-building activities
