Value for Women is looking for Sr. Associates / Associates who will work with the best talent in the industry, and learn from a diverse mix of critical thinkers and problem solvers who work across a variety of fields including impact investing, sustainable energy, sustainable agriculture, financial inclusion, gender lens investing, inclusive entrepreneurship; by way of offering training, advisory, research, evaluation and technical assistance. You will sit at the forefront of generating innovative ideas and solutions related to gender inclusion that drive new and inclusive ways of doing business and investment.
A Sr. Associate / Associate will implement a gender lens advisory to business partners and demonstrate an ability to develop content with the audience in mind, approach project challenges with a problem-solving attitude, and anticipate client needs proactively. They support project management, client relationship management, internal coordination, work planning and project systems and processes. They have content expertise in more than one Value for Women practice area and are actively contributing to practice area development and projects across practice areas. Associates support producing research, technical guides, reports or studies in these areas as well as participating in activities outside of project management and delivery, including supporting business development, internal initiatives, and special projects.
