The Technology Facilitated Abuse Project Manager of the Technology-Facilitated Abuse & Economic Empowerment team supports the service to raise awareness of the growing threat of technology-facilitated domestic abuse. The main responsibility of the Senior Project Officer is to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of the above-mentioned project and activities, including the part implemented by ADMSP by actively facilitating the development, strengthening, and impact of national survivor networks in Syria, under the guidance of the team based in The Hague.

Qualifications and competencies
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

- Relevant university degree (e.g. political science, social science, management, gender studies) with 3 years of relevant work experience in a comparable context.

Key Tasks and accountabilities
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and incoming communications, prioritising urgent matters, drafting responses and updating information as required in the CRM.

Position Overview
WFA seeks a Learning Coordinator (LC) to lead learning, documentation, and knowledge-building processes for grants supported by the CARA Program. The role will support approaches that centre locally-led solutions and elevate women’s leadership in areas such as natural resource management, heat stress mitigation, and sustainable livelihood models, that are contributing to advancing climate resilience and adaptation through a gender-equality lens in Asia. The LC will capture grantee experiences and progress, translating insights into accessible knowledge that strengthens understanding of climate adaptation and resilience, while stewarding a Community of Practice to enable reflection, peer learning, and shared analysis, that is aligned with WFA’s internal MEL practices and requirements.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
The key outcome will be a final learning report that weaves partner experiences, evidence, and climate action insights into a clear narrative of impact and learning. The following tasks will contribute to shaping and delivering this final output:
a) Design, lead, and coordinate learning processes, including two Community of Practice sessions that surface meaningful insights, highlight significant shifts, and strengthen shared understanding through reflection, peer learning, and the identification of emerging impacts and best practices.

Requirements
a) Strong experience working on climate-related programming, with an understanding of gendered impacts and community-led approaches, in East, South, or Southeast Asia.
b) Experience in learning facilitation, documentation, research, reflection processes, or knowledge production within advocacy, movement-building, or community-led programmes.
c) Demonstrated ability to translate qualitative insights, partner experiences, and field evidence into compelling narratives, learning products, or reports.

This role will have the following key responsibilities:
Organizational Communications (~60%)

Child protection/ Children’s rights Gender-based violence (GBV)The fundamental mission of UNICEF is to promote the rights of every child, everywhere, in everything the organization does — in programmes, in advocacy and in operations. The equity strategy, emphasizing the most disadvantaged and excluded children and families, translates this commitment to children’s rights into action.
As a lead agency in addressing Gender-based Violence in Emergencies (GBViE) as well as violence against children, UNICEF has expanded its on-the-ground programming in recent years and made prevention of and response to GBV one its targeted priorities in its Gender Action Plan (GAP). The GAP is integrally linked to UNICEF’s Strategic Plan (SP) and provides a clear programmatic focus on the gender-equitable results that UNICEF aims to achieve across all areas of its SP.
Job organizational context
The Child Protection Officer (GBV) will be based in the UNICEF Country Office in Kyiv, Ukraine, and will undertake regular travel to UNICEF field offices, including Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Lviv, to provide technical support, monitor program implementation, and strengthen local partnerships.
The Officer will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of GBV-related interventions with strong linkages to VAC-related child protection program. The role requires technical expertise in GBV programming, including prevention and response strategies, capacity strengthening skills, and experience in program management within both development and humanitarian contexts. The role includes fostering stronger integration within GBV–VAC systems. The Officer will work closely with government counterparts, civil society organizations, and UN partners (particularly UNFPA, UN Women, and UNHCR) to ensure coordinated, survivor-centered, and child-sensitive GBV interventions.
