• Advanced degree in social work, social science, gender studies, humanitarian affairs, international development, or related field. Solid and relevant field experience can replace formal education.
• Minimum seven years of proven specialized experience in GBViE prevention and response programming in conflict and post-conflict settings, with solid knowledge of international humanitarian standards for GBViE.
• Minimum 3-5 years of international experience.
• Solid experience in training and capacity building, particularly using participatory approaches and methods for training related to different components of GBViE programming.
• Experience in supervising, budget managing, and providing technical support, capacity building and assistance to field staff.
• Excellent donor and partnership relations, in particular non-traditional funding streams from foundations, and creative development of private partnerships within the corporate sector.
• Experience in leading donor application processes and/or quality assure the technical components.

1. Leads and facilitates specific thematic global programmes, primarily the 2X Challenge and the Investment Practitioner Community of Practice, ensuring high-quality strategy, content, engagement, delivery and outputs.
2. Engages collaboratively with partners, 2X Global members and key stakeholders to shape and develop the future 2X Challenge, including a new collective target, curating  thematic sub-challenges and a nuanced and solid methodology based on the evolution of the 2X Challenge spanning the spectrum of investors and capital providers, and the focus on thematic priorities  such as gender & climate, care economy, digital inclusion, etc
3. Steers content development and advances strategic priorities of the communities of practice, responding to member needs and dynamic field-level context.

Promotes the engagement of members, develops products and offerings such as training, peer learning and knowledge exchange sessions for investors and investees/clients across asset classes, geographies and sectors, demonstrating a keen understanding of thematic areas and underpinning investment context.
6. Effectively guides project management to ensure projects are on time and on track towards outcomes, including setting direction and making decisions, as well as creating outputs and content, and ensuring a high-quality audience experience.
7. Liaises directly with partners, members and key stakeholders and guides the execution of external and partner content events.
8. Supports the senior leadership team with strategic initiatives and programme needs as requested.
9. Supervises monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) across all workstreams under responsibility.
10. While the immediate focus of this role lies on the 2X Challenge, Programme Managers of 2X Global work on a portfolio of programmes and projects, and the focus may evolve over time.

• Support the roll out of a systematic and integrated approach to CEA within the IFRC and across all National Societies in the cluster through mainstreaming CEA in NS and IFRC plans, processes, and procedures;
• Work closely with National Society and IFRC sector colleagues to help them identify gaps in their approach to CEA and support them to address these by integrating and/or scaling up appropriate CEA approaches;
• Support the inclusion of CEA in emergency operations and plans within the cluster, including providing and organising CEA surge capacity support to NS;

• Act as the Global Corporate Partnerships Lead for the wider organisation developing global targets, priorities and a strategic approach to this area of work, identifying and delivering new global partnerships from companies.
